2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping: Send the item back to us using the provided instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
